The Deal with Five Underground Studio

I love to mix and record. I love it so much I'm willing to do it for free. I built out my basement as a studio and want to get the max use out of it. 
So here's the deal. If you are a solo artist or band looking to get a recording done, I'll mix your project at my studio for free. 
There's only four caveats: 
1) I'm not into Jazz or very hardcore Metal so I'll pass on those projects 
2) If you hit the bigtime, which I define as a contract for over 1 million dollars, then I'd like 1% of that contract (figure it's better than buying a lottery ticket 
3) Want credit on the CD (i.e. recorded and mixed at Five Underground Studio)
4) Drummers, I have a basic kit (bass, snare, toms) but you'll need to bring your own crashes/hit hats and hardware. Better if you bring your whole kit.
That's it, pretty simple. If that works for you fill out the Inquiry for Studio Session form to the right and lets get recording!
